How to Order
1. Get in touch
Call us, email us or make an appointment to visit our showroom to discuss your requirements. We can happily source fabrics, provide design and product advice and give verbal estimates. If you have your measurements, you can get an estimate for curtains or Roman blinds on our instant quote calculator.
We can also arrange a home visit to help with your decision and measure up to give an accurate quote.
2. Accept your quote
Call us during opening hours (9-5pm Monday-Friday) or e-mail showroom@suefoster.co.uk to accept our written quotation and place an order, for which we require a 50% deposit. Deposit payment can be made by telephone using most major cards with the exception of American Express, or by bank transfer.
3. Sign your order confirmation
We will e-mail you an order confirmation document with all the details of your order.
Check the details carefully, then simply e-sign and date the document. From this point amendments to your order may not be possible, depending on the timescale and specification. You must contact us as soon as possible to discuss any amendments.
We will contact you when your order is nearing completion and arrange fitting/delivery or collection from our showroom. When you have received your order, the balance of payment is then due.
